Terms of Service
The short version: FlowEdge is a trading-process tool, not financial advice. You are responsible for all trading decisions you make. Use the app honestly. Don't abuse it or try to reverse-engineer it.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlowEdge at flowedgeapp.com or app.flowedgeapp.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including waitlist members, beta users, and paying subscribers.
2. Description of Service
FlowEdge is a trading decision-support and journaling application for discretionary futures traders. The Service provides:
- A structured pre-trade workflow (Bias → Structure → Entry → Execute) based on market profile and orderflow inputs
- AI-generated trade summaries and execution verdicts (Buy, Sell, or Stay Out) based on your structured inputs
- A smart trade journal and setup log
- An AI coaching feature that analyses your execution history
- Reports and analytics on your trading decisions
Important — Not Financial Advice: FlowEdge is a decision-support tool only. Nothing produced by the Service — including AI-generated verdicts, narratives, coaching summaries, scenario reads, or conviction scores — constitutes financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a guarantee of any outcome. All trading decisions and their financial consequences are entirely your own responsibility. Past performance within the app does not indicate future results. Trading futures carries substantial risk of loss.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use FlowEdge. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
FlowEdge is not available to persons in jurisdictions where the Service would be prohibited by applicable law.
4. Account Registration
To access FlowEdge, you must create an account using your email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us promptly at office@flowedgeapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of another person without their consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use FlowEdge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary code or AI models from the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission
- Upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, or circumvent security measures
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity
6. Your Content and Data
The trade data, journal entries, and setup logs you create within FlowEdge are yours. We do not claim ownership of your trading data.
By using the Service, you grant FlowEdge a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your data for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your trading data to train AI models or for any purpose beyond operating the app. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you enter into FlowEdge does not violate any third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws.
7. AI Features
FlowEdge's AI features generate outputs based on the structured inputs you provide. These outputs are for informational and process-support purposes only. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated verdicts, narratives, and coaching are not financial advice
- AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
- You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make, regardless of AI outputs
- AI performance may vary based on input quality and market conditions
8. Beta Service
FlowEdge is currently in private beta. The Service is provided "as-is" during this phase. We reserve the right to modify features, restrict access, or discontinue the beta at any time. Beta access does not guarantee continued access or any specific feature set at general availability.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the FlowEdge Service — including the application, design, branding, AI models, frameworks, and code — is owned by or licensed to FlowEdge. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use FlowEdge's intellectual property except as expressly permitted to use the Service.
The FlowEdge name, logo (three-bar mark), and brand assets may not be used without written permission.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to FlowEdge in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing office@flowedgeapp.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
